3kg Mini Dryer User Guide: Installation, Operation and Maintenance

1. Product installation steps
Choose a suitable location
Choosing an installation location is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the mini dryer.
Stable and solid countertop or ground: When the machine is running, it will generate high-speed centrifugal force. Placing it in an unstable place is likely to cause strong vibration or even shaking, affecting the user experience and the life of the machine. It is recommended to place the machine on a solid, flat table or ground.
Avoid humid environments: There are motors and electrical components inside the dryer. Humid environments may cause short circuits or rust, reducing the safety of the equipment. The installation location should be kept dry and ventilated, and avoid rain and splashing.
Avoid direct sunlight: Long-term direct sunlight may cause plastic parts to age and deform, affecting the appearance and performance.
Connect the power supply
The correct power connection ensures the safe operation of the machine.
Voltage matching: Confirm that the household voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the dryer, usually 220V/50Hz. Wrong voltage may cause damage to the machine.
Use qualified sockets: Avoid using multi-hole sockets and inferior power strips to prevent safety hazards caused by unstable current.
Reasonable layout of power cords: Avoid stepping on or pulling the power cord to reduce the risk of damage.
Install the drain pipe (if equipped)
Some 3kg mini dryers have a drain pipe to drain the water discharged during the drying process.
Connect the drain pipe correctly: follow the instructions in the manual to fix the drain pipe in the specified position to ensure that there is no water leakage.
The drain pipe outlet is properly placed: the drain pipe should lead to the sewer or a drainable container to keep the drainage unobstructed and avoid overflow of accumulated water.
Check the machine accessories
Before installation, be sure to check whether all parts of the machine are complete and intact.
The inner drum is intact: the inner drum is the core component of the dryer, ensure that there are no cracks or deformations.
The lid is well sealed: the lid needs to be able to close tightly to prevent water vapor from leaking during the drying process and keep it safe.
Tighten the screws: If there are outer shell screws, make sure to tighten them to avoid loosening and affecting use.

2. Operation Guide
Loading clothes
Reasonable loading is the key to the drying effect and machine protection.
Control the total weight: 3kg is the maximum load of the machine, do not overload. Overloading will increase the burden on the motor and may cause overheating or failure.
Evenly distribute the clothes: The clothes should be spread out in the inner barrel as evenly as possible to avoid one-sided weight causing vibration and noise of the machine.
Classification and drying: Heavy and light clothes should be dried separately to avoid affecting the drying effect and machine balance.
Close the lid
Make sure the lid is closed in place: The machine design is generally equipped with a safety switch. The machine cannot be started when the lid is not closed tightly to ensure safe operation.
Keep the lid seal clean: Dirt on the seal will affect the sealing effect and should be wiped regularly.
Select speed and time
Different clothing materials have different requirements for drying time and speed.
Light and thin clothes: such as underwear, T-shirts, etc., choose a lower speed and a short time (generally 1-3 minutes) to avoid damaging the clothing fibers.
Heavy clothes: such as jeans, towels, etc., can appropriately extend the time (3-5 minutes) and increase the speed to achieve a drier effect.
Refer to the manual for suggestions: The speed and time settings of different brands of dryers are slightly different, and the manual recommendations should be used as the standard.
Start the machine
Operation panel: Generally a knob or button, easily set the parameters and start.
Monitor the running status: Avoid strong shaking of the machine during the drying process. If abnormal vibration or noise is found, stop and check immediately.
Safety protection: The machine usually has overload protection and automatic shutdown functions to ensure safe use.
Take out the clothes after finishing
Wait for the inner drum to stop completely: Make sure that the spin dryer stops rotating before opening the lid to prevent accidental injuries.
Take out the clothes quickly: The clothes after drying still contain some moisture, and long-term storage may cause odor or bacteria to grow.
Drying clothes: Clothes are easier to dry after drying. It is recommended to dry them immediately to keep the clothes fresh.

3. Daily care and maintenance
Clean the inner drum and filter
Regularly wipe: There may be fine fibers left in the inner drum after the spin dryer is used. It is recommended to wipe it with a clean damp cloth every week to avoid accumulation of stains.
Filter cleaning: Some models are equipped with fluff filters, which should be removed regularly to clean the fluff and keep the drain unobstructed to prevent blockage.
Check the power cord and plug
Avoid wire damage: Avoid pressing, twisting or pulling the power cord during use.
Check the plug regularly: make sure the plug is not loose or burnt. If any abnormality is found, it should be replaced in time.
Prevent moisture: The power interface should avoid contact with water vapor to prevent the risk of leakage.
Avoid long-term no-load operation
The machine is designed to run under load. No-load drying will cause excessive friction of internal parts and easily damage the motor and bearings. It is recommended not to run it idling.
Use regularly but not excessively: use the machine moderately, avoid long-term continuous operation, and give the motor enough rest time.
Storage precautions
Keep dry: After use, open the lid for ventilation to prevent moisture accumulation and mold.
Avoid heavy pressure: It is not advisable to stack heavy objects on the machine during storage to avoid deformation or damage.
Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
Regular maintenance
Observe the operating status: If there is abnormal noise, reduced drying effect or water leakage, contact professional maintenance in time.
Inspect and repair according to the recommended cycle in the manual to ensure that the internal parts of the machine are well lubricated and extend the service life.

4. Tips for use
Quick drying after spin drying: The spin dryer spins out most of the water in the clothes, greatly shortening the drying time, which is especially suitable for rainy season or indoor drying.
Avoid spinning heavy items: such as thick blankets, down jackets, etc., overweight items will overload and damage the machine.
Use with washing machine: Mini spin dryers usually have small capacity. After washing, use the washing machine to dehydrate, and then use the spin dryer to further remove the residual water, which will have better results.
Handle with care to reduce noise: Load and unload gently during operation, avoid knocking on the machine body, and reduce noise and damage.
